XMI Facilities

Located at Kizad industrial freezone, Abu Dhabi, XMI facilities boasts over 100,000 M2 footprint and is home to the state of the art facilities and modern warehousing.

XMI Silicon Metal:

Phase 1 (2023) production facility of:

• 40,000 tons per annum of Silicon metal, at grades used for aluminium processes (e.g. Solar aluminium frames) and Solar PV (i.e. polysilicon for solar wafers and cells)

10,000 ton per annum of Silica fume used for fertilizer, concrete and special cement.

Phase 2 (2026) production facility:

• Expansion of phase 1 to 120,000 tons per annum of Silicon metal
• 30,000 tons per annum of Silica fume
